Company registration enquiry: choose the country and define the package

Start with the work the company will perform. A country preference is useful, but so are the markets where customers and suppliers are located, the expected payment directions and the people who will own and manage the business. If you have not chosen a jurisdiction, name two or three alternatives and explain your priorities.

The formation directory shows incorporation and annual renewal separately. Compare the same legal form and ask for the scope attached to that row. A lower incorporation figure does not establish the total cost of operating a business. Bank or payment arrangements, accounting, licensing and professional advice need a separate definition unless expressly included in the agreed package.

You can use an enquiry to compare legal forms against one practical brief. State which requirements are essential and which are preferences. Explain whether you need local operations, staff or particular payment currencies. Avoid sending credentials or identity originals in the first message.

A concise brief might read: “We are comparing Canada and the UK for a trading company. The owners are based abroad, customers will be in two markets, and we need to discuss annual administration and payment arrangements.” Add your budget and timetable if known.

From a country price table, use the enquiry link for the actual option. The selected option and its published formation price appear in the subject. Your enquiry starts a discussion about scope and terms; it does not itself place an order.

From your brief to a defined project

  1. Describe the country, activity and essential requirements. A proposal reference helps identify an acquisition.
  2. The enquiry provides a starting point for clarifying the scope, the parties and the information needed.
  3. Services, costs, documents and next steps are agreed for the individual project before any engagement.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to buy a company or order services.
