LegalRegistr brings company formation information, company sale profiles and acquisition enquiries into one directory. The project is intended for entrepreneurs, owners, investors and representatives who want to define a corporate project across borders.
The formation directory organises published incorporation and annual renewal prices by jurisdiction. The sale catalogue summarises factual characteristics of individual proposals in a different editorial format. Each proposal receives its own reference so it can be identified in an enquiry.
For a purchase enquiry, describe the company you need. For a sale proposal, explain your relationship to the company and the rights or assets you intend to transfer. A submitted form starts a discussion; it does not itself establish a contract or a completed transaction.
