Company sale proposal
For a ready-made company, include its incorporation year, legal form and country. For an operating business, explain the business model, main customer markets and what will remain with the buyer. If relevant, identify staff, contracts, software, trademarks or other assets without sharing customer personal data in the initial enquiry.
A licensed company proposal should identify the issuing authority, the permission or registration and the activity it covers. Keep the licence description separate from statements about ownership transfer. Where a bank account is part of the proposal, name the institution and account currencies, and explain the arrangements you are offering.
State the asking price and currency, and describe what the figure includes. If the transaction concerns shares, a business asset package or only a particular part of a group, make that distinction clear. Ownership percentage, any retained rights and the seller’s expected timetable help frame the discussion.
The initial form is intended for an overview. Do not send passwords, bank access credentials or original identity documents. Supporting documentation can be discussed separately after the proposal has been introduced. Submitting the form does not automatically publish the company or conclude a sale.
