# LegalRegistr

> LegalRegistr helps users compare company registration options by jurisdiction, explore companies and banks offered for acquisition, consult official business-register search guides, and submit enquiries for remote company formation and related services.

LegalRegistr is an independent service and is not a government registry. Information about registration requirements and third-party registers should be checked with the relevant official authority. Enquiries are reviewed individually; availability, scope, documents, timing and fees are confirmed before work begins. A submitted enquiry does not itself create a client relationship or guarantee a registration, transaction, licence, address or other outcome.

The website is available in English, Russian and Spanish. A focused Ukrainian-language page covers legal addresses, mail handling and company registration in Ukraine. Contact forms are used for enquiries. The Ukraine address service accepts requests for 31 listed cities and includes receipt and forwarding of correspondence, subject to confirmation of the specific arrangement.
